Abby Hoyt is the Engagement Director at 1st Advantage Mortgage in Charlotte, NC. She helps lead marketing, client engagement, and strategic relationship growth across North Carolina and South Carolina.
Originally from Belmont, NC, Abby works closely with real estate agents, homebuyers, loan officers, builders, attorneys, and referral partners throughout Charlotte, Gastonia, Belmont, Mount Holly, Concord, Fort Mill, and surrounding communities. Her goal is to build strong relationships that create long-term business growth and a better experience for clients.
In addition, Abby helps coordinate marketing initiatives, networking opportunities, community involvement, and referral partnerships for the company. She supports both clients and industry professionals by improving communication and helping strengthen connections throughout the mortgage process.
Abby is passionate about helping first-time homebuyers and homeowners feel comfortable during the home financing process. She also works alongside the 1st Advantage Mortgage team to help improve brand visibility, client relationships, and local business partnerships throughout the Charlotte metro area.
Because relationship building is a major part of her role, Abby focuses on professionalism, responsiveness, and long-term trust. Her positive attitude and communication skills help create a welcoming experience for borrowers, real estate agents, and business partners alike.
