At first i worked with another lender I described everything about my situation planned to buy a house at first they feel very  nice after that they denied my application they knew that its gonna be tough, they not trusted my work. After I found Kevin and his team Nathan they were great, i recommended at first im so hesitated to ask when I need help with something I didn't understand after that i feel comfortable to asked. I’ve had the opportunity to connect with the team at 1st Advantage Mortgage, and they’ve been great to work with. They’re knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely seem to care about helping people understand their mortgage options rather than just pushing a loan.
