How many loan officers do you have?

Every licensed officer is listed on the team page with their own NMLS number, so the list there is always the current one. Each licensed officer has their own NMLS number shown on their card.

Which states are you licensed in?

North Carolina, South Carolina, Texas, Florida, Virginia and Pennsylvania. Individual officers hold different combinations. Each card shows which states that person covers.

Can I ask for a specific loan officer?

Yes. Contact them directly from their profile page, or tell us who you want when you send the form.

What if nobody is licensed in my state?

We will tell you plainly rather than take the application. We can only originate where we are licensed.

How do I know which officer is right for my loan?

Start with the state your property is in. Each profile shows that officer’s NMLS number, which you can look up on NMLS Consumer Access. If you are not sure, call the main line and we will point you at the right person.

Can I work with the same officer from pre-approval to closing?

Yes. One officer stays on your file start to finish, with their own direct line and email on their profile.

Do you have officers licensed outside North Carolina?

Yes. The company is licensed in North Carolina, South Carolina, Texas, Florida, Virginia and Pennsylvania, and each officer holds their own licenses within that. Tell us where the property is and we will put you with an officer licensed there.

How do I verify an officer's license?

Look up their NMLS number on NMLS Consumer Access. Every profile page shows the number, and the company NMLS is 2468711.
